United for Wildlife

What is United for Wildlife?
Whole species are being hunted to extinction as part of an illegal trade that benefits organised criminals and armed gangs. To tackle this, The Duke of Cambridge brought together the largest conservation organizations so that these species can be safeguarded for future generations. We are working to not only engage young people with the issues of conservation, but to also empower them to be key spokespeople, ambassadors and wildlife heroes in their home countries.

Why Minecraft?
United for Wildlife has been working with the Minecraft creator community for two years now, with the first We are the Rangers getting a fantastic reception from the Minecraft community . For Education edition we wanted to bring the issues surrounding the illegal wildlife trade and conservation into the classroom in an entertaining, informative way.
